User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the management and security of your private encryption keys. Due to our privacy architecture, Guntur cannot recover or reset keys. Loss of access to your keys will result in permanent loss of access to your encrypted data.

Prohibited Activities

The integrity of the neural network is paramount. Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass security protocols, reverse-engineering the neural node logic, or using the platform for any activities that violate international financial regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Guntur provides advanced forecasting and analytical tools based on mathematical models. These tools are designed to assist in decision-making but do not constitute financial advice. Guntur is not liable for any financial outcomes, losses, or market movements resulting from your business decisions.

Service Termination

Guntur reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if there is a breach of security protocols or a violation of these terms. Our commitment is to the safety and stability of the entire network.
